With extensive experience and knowledge of the Denver real estate market, Kris Kerr has been helping Sellers and Buyers in the Denver Metro area for over 12 years and has sold over $100 million in volume. Prior to establishing her real estate career, Kris graduated from the Westover School and Hollins College with a B.A. in Psychology. She lived in DC and worked on Capitol Hill for a Congressman in legislative affairs and presented and managed Public Policy Conferences for members of Congress in their home districts. Kris also worked for the American Diabetes Association as a Project Manager and was an owner of Ad-In, a tennis retail shop in Greenwood Village. Kris has used her extensive experience and background to build successful relationships, establish a seamless approach to each transaction, and continue to serve her clients and represent their best interests.
Kris has lived in Denver for over 20 years and has been involved with numerous charitable and educational organizations including St. Anne’s Episcopal School, Colorado Academy, Denver Ballet Guild, Colorado Ballet Auxiliary, Wonderbound, Girls Inc, Colorado Children’s Campaign, National Charity League, Central City Opera and Junior League of Denver.
